You are facing some issue with one of your industrial pumps, our technical support is able to manage site intervention to find out the roots cause with a specialized engineer dedicated to your application. Having the site view and understanding your process, will help Optimex expert to find some solution either by modifying the pump or by adjusting some process condition.

Optimex Pumps Warranty Conditions
Optimex pumps are covered by a warranty of 12 months after commissioning or 18 months after delivery. After this period, repairs are subject to a fee based on the problems found on the pump. If the pump is defective within the warranty period, Optimex will pay the full cost of the repair.

Maintenance at Optimex
INDUSTRIAL PUMP MAINTENANCE
Optimex pumps are reliable, but maintenance is necessary from time to time to prevent any problems that may occur in the future. Pump maintenance is done in our workshop and the pump is sent back to you at the end of the maintenance. Our team of experts analyzes the pump and in order to have a detail of wear and tear as well as wear and tear that may appear abnormally excessive. Once the pump is serviced, we put it on a test bench to pass hydrostatic and performance tests to verify its proper functionality.
