Transfer of medium containing gas, solids or crystallizing/polymerizing liquid need to be taken with precautions to avoid irreversible damage on the internal parts of the pump.

PUMPING RESTRICTIONS:

• To protect the bearings from particles, Optimex has specific circulations with tangential filter or injection of clean liquid in the motor part.
• Heating jackets can be installed to maintain the liquid at temperature out of point of crystallization/polymerization.
• Depending on the gas concentration, OPTIMEX will select a suitable circulation to protect the pump. It may be necessary to install special bearings or accessory on the impeller.
